Why I'm Doing This
For years, I’ve supported clients one-on-one in healing their relationship with food, body, and self. But the need is bigger than what private sessions alone can hold.
I’m building a course rooted in nervous system care, unlearning diet culture, and making space for your full humanity.
But before I create, I want to listen.
This is a chance to shape something meaningful by sharing your lived experience.
